In the book; "Good to Great" Jim Collins states that 'level 5 leadership (that being the highest level) is not just about humility and modesty. It is equally about ferocious resolve, an almost stoic determination to do whatever needs to be done to make the company great.' Both of them are leaders who rose from being no one to being someone. They worked hard and put everything they had on their companies. That's the legacy that you'll leave when you do your best for your company. Cheers!
